Positive Steps is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our expanding team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued organic growth within the company.
Applicants must hold a Level 3 QCF (or equivalent) in a relevant field and have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, medication management, and accurate record-keeping is essential. The ability to lead shifts, mentor junior staff, and communicate effectively with families and professionals is also important.
As this is a community-based role, a full driving licence and access to a car suitable for work are required. We operate a two-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance.
