Support Worker

Orchid Care Services are looking for a dedicated Support Worker, specialising in Learning Disabilities and Autism, to join the Orchid
Team. The role involves supporting individuals by adapting to their unique needs, delivering holistic
care that supports wellbeing, safety and independence within their own homes. Empathy, a caring
nature, dedication and a sense of humour are requirements for this role, along with a minimum of 3
years experience working with individuals with a LD and Autism in Jersey. What we offer - Work
