To be developing effective management of data and internal processes and controls for Fairway Group. Working as part of a team to ensure build robust processes and procedures, integrating the use of NavOne and other technology. Ensuring all Fairway employees are effective and proficient with the use of NavOne enhancing employee performance and thus contributing directly to operational efficiency. Assessing training needs, review of system enhancements and evaluating effectiveness of change. Design training programs and workshops tailored to Fairway needs to effectively use NavOne; Understanding detailed knowledge of the business to see any gaps in process in relation to Fairway’s Policy and Procedure.
