This is a full-time role, to support the Regulated Key Persons under TCB, FSB and CIF regimes, in order to design and deliver a successful and effective Client Compliance function that is embedded within the larger Fairway Group, providing Regulated Funds, Managed Trust Companies and Managed Entities with the appropriate compliance framework ensuring that all relevant entities comply with the relevant laws, applicable codes of practice and internal policies and procedures. To be the management point of contact for all of Fairway Group’s regulated client entities and to liaise with the business and clients to ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory laws, regulations and policies and procedures.
