Receptionist

Castlequay Medical Practice are seeking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join our vibrant team. The applicant will be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and develop, and the ability to adhere to policy and guidelines. The applicant will be an excellent communicator and have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a GP or health care environment and will be conversant with key IT platforms including EMIS and Medibooks. They will be a skilled negotiator, have excellent telephone skills, and enjoy interpersonal and face to face customer interactions.
