Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Manager who is responsible for ensuring the delivery of of high quality services that prioritise comfort, dignity, and the well-being of clients. The role is directly accountable to both RJ Response Director / owner and the Jersey Care Commission, requiring strict adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.

The Registered Manager oversees the daily operations of the business, effectively managing resources and monitoring performance to ensure the provision of exceptional care within budget. The role also involves providing strong leadership to the staff team, offering clear guidance on roles and responsibilities, and supporting staff in delivering safe care that meets the organisation’s high standards of service excellence.
