Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service and support staff performance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts
-Ensure high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are maintained
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
-Assist in staff training, scheduling and performance management
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock ordering
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
