Key responsibilities:
- Administer funds, management companies & associated fund structures within the team, liaise with clients & intermediaries on a daily basis
- Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters
- Maintain accurate investor records on eFront & process investor changes
- Prepare manual & electronic payment instructions
- Process & co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls & distributions
- Ensure regulatory & statutory fillings are made
- Assist with the accounts distribution & filing process
- Assist & support the induction, integration & training of Trainee staff
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- Expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
- Some financial services experience
- Computer literacy skills are essential
- Good interpersonal skills are required
- Core skills required
- Ability to speak and understand English
