Key responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of corporate governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems & databases, company secretarial matters
- Assist with all aspects of the company secretarial administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures
- Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters
- Maintain accurate records for all entities administered
- Initiate the collection CDD on shareholders
- Working with Aztec centres of excellence
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with internal & external clients
- Undertake routine & office clerical tasks
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- Previous financial services experience desirable
- Legal degree desirable or commencement of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGI/ ICSA) qualifications
