Serene Care Jersey is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team providing person-centred care within the community.

The successful candidate will support individuals with a range of needs, promoting independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life within their own homes and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with daily living activities
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting access to the community, appointments, and social activities
Encouraging independence and choice
Building positive, professional relationships with clients and families
Following care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately
Working collaboratively as part of a care team
