Ahead of the current Chair approaching their term limit, Ports of Jersey is seeking a new Chair who will ideally join the Board in September 2026.
The Chair will lead a Board comprised of the Chair, CEO, CFO and six independent Non-Executive Directors, ensuring it operates effectively, collaboratively and in line with the highest standards of governance.
Ports of Jersey operates in a complex, regulated and safety-critical environment, requiring strong leadership, sound judgement and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
