Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a portfolio of premium food-led pubs, bars and restaurants, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives, community engagement, events, partnerships and innovative commercial opportunities.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to business, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, enhance profitability and improve market share.
Coach, develop and inspire management teams to achieve high levels of engagement, retention and performance.
Build a strong talent pipeline through succession planning, recruitment, training and leadership development.
Ensure all sites consistently deliver excellent food, drink and service standards in line with the Randalls brand and guest expectations.
