Head of Financial Control & Reporting

•Lead the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements
•Prepare statutory accounts for all entities
•Manage consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management
•Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and integrity
•Maintain fixed asset register and capital expenditure controls
•Ensure compliance with FRS 102 and company policies
•Manage audit processes and external auditor relationships
•Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
•Ensure strong cash controls and working capital management
•Support cash forecasting and liquidity management
•Ensure that quarterly GST reports are prepared and submitted on a timely basis
•Review and submit company tax
•Deliver management and board reporting
•Provide financial analysis and performance
•Support strategic decision-making
