General Manager

Hands on General Manager responsible for the day to day operation of a busy three-floor venue. Leading, motivating, and developing a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and a consistently high standard across all areas. Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining strong cost control and compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. Working closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus, seasonal dishes, and daily specials that enhance the overall food offering and guest experience. Overseeing recruitment, training, rotas, stock control, and performance management, ensuring the team is well supported and effective. Responsible for maintaining brand standards, improving efficiency, and creating a welcoming, high energy environment that encourages repeat business and strong customer loyalty.
