States of Jersey Ambulance Service are looking to recruit self-motivated individuals to join our team in the role of 999 Call Taker (Combined Control Officer).
The role includes receiving emergency calls for Ambulance and Fire at our combined control centre and allocating the appropriate resources as required.
The successful candidates will need to be hard working and flexible in response to the developing needs of an expanding service.
Candidates need to be well educated, computer literate with good written English skills and be able to keep calm under pressure.
