The SPB requires a training administrator to provide an administrative training support service for the Safeguarding Partnership Board team. The post holder requires an excellent standard of education (ideally to A Level or equivalent) together with sufficient experience in an office environment. It is important that s/he has the ability to work effectively under pressure. It is essential that the post holder has excellent time management skills, able to assess priorities and make decisions as to their relative importance and level of urgency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential especially in dealing with high level officers, politicians and the media.
