An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Social Security Learning and Development team as aTrainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of courses to both Back to Work Service clients and Social Security Department employees. The post holder will also lead the design and delivery of Customer Service training for colleagues and be responsible for rolling out the programme to a wider audience under the new Customer & Local Services remit. This 12 month fixed term contract offers a unique opportunity for the successful post holder to develop their learning and development skills whilst working in a fast paced and dynamic States department. This is a full time position but part time would be considered for the right candidate.
