Modernisation and Digital is the States of Jersey department responsible for providing corporate IT services. We are seeking analysts to join our IT Service Desk, including desktop support engineers, who share our passion for technology and customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for States of Jersey employees seeking assistance with IT issues, so you’ll need excellent technical problem solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly and effectively resolve IT incidents to ensure that we keep our colleagues productive.
