The successful employee will assist in managing a portfolio of assignments from the initial client take on up to the conclusion of the assignment, including tasks such as managing funds, correspondence with the stakeholders, and keeping records up to date. They will also be involved in the disposal and distribution of the assets, reporting to creditors and shareholders and forensic investigations. They will be involved in general case work and develop a basic understanding of solvent and insolvency procedures with a view of administering their own portfolio of cases as they progress.
