We are recruiting an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in leading the F&B team; taking responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests. You will support in ensuring the F&B team are inspired to achieve upselling targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets.

Competencies of an Assistant F&B Manager:
-You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating strong food and wine knowledge.
-The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
-Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
