Head Housekeeper play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. With responsibility for up to 30 employees, staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service, excellent communication and people skills are required. Reporting to the General Manager, you must be totally customer focused, have an eye for detail and will be responsible for cost control, forecasting, budgeting recruitment and payroll.
Good spoken and written English language skills as this role involves dealing with guests, staff and suppliers and departmental paperwork/record keeping
At least two years operational experience in hotel housekeeping, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
Able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures.
