The Boat House are looking for 2 strong Junior Sous Chefs to join our great team split over The Boat House restaurant and the newly refurbished 'The Anchor Club' restaurant. The candidate must have previous experience at this level and have the ability to work as part of a kitchen line and by themselves. The successful candidate will be a strong hand to the Sous and Head chef, will be in charge of multiple chefs and at least one section during a service. A keen eye for detail is required.
