The Merton Hotel has a culture of creating moments of magic and memorable experiences for our guests, customers and employees. We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team.

To provide support to the Human Resource Manager in areas of administration, filing, induction and welfare. To ensure that the HR department runs smoothly, efficiently and to the standards of the hotel and company.

The ideal candidate should have the following;
• 5 years residency,
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn,
• At least one year experience in Human Resources or CIPD level 3 qualified,
• Experienced in the use of computers, Word, Excel and Outlook,
• Proven ability in literacy and numeracy.
