We are currently recruiting staff for our busy call centre. The role initially consists of taking orders, dealing with customer queries over the telephone and inputting postal orders. Call centre or data entry experience is an asset but not essential as full training is provided.
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
5 years residency required.
The call centre is open 7 days a week, so weekend shifts are part of the role.
The pay is £8.00p/h + 4% holiday pay, and although the contract is zero hours we anticipate the usual hours will be 37.5 per week.
