We are looking for an experienced hotel receptionist with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous 4 or 5 star hotel reception experience is preferred for this role although training will be given. The role requires a friendly, welcoming personality, a talent for organisation and attention to detail. The position includes shift & weekend work. Knowledge of the Protel Property Management system will be considered an advantage.
