We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy team in Kitchen Zephyr and Grill.
A minimum of 5 years background and knowledge of Asian and Japanese cooking styles and ingredients (South East Asian, Japanese and oriental) are necessary for this role. Applicants should also have a minimum level of C + G 706 / 1 & 2 (or NVQ equivalent) and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate at the time of applying.
We are looking for an individual with strong teamwork skills but also with an ability to work on your own initiative when necessary.
