This is a busy customer-focused role, dealing with clients both face-to-face and by telephone therefore applicants must be adaptable and able to deal with a reactive environment. You would be required to liaise with new and existing clients to discuss their insurance requirements, upselling suitable products in order to support their needs

Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous Insurance experience/holding Cert CII or working towards would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Customer Focussed, with a confident approach as you will be required to deal with clients both in person and on the telephone.
• Ambitious with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Good level of general education, Maths and English Language GCSE(or equivalent) A-C grades minimum
• An effective team player who is comfortable working on their own initiative
