You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of all Hotel operations therefore this is a role for someone with a strong F&B background.
You will effectively manage all Heads of Department and act as their role model and point of contact. You will champion and maintain consistency of Brand standards, be product and customer focused with a clear emphasis on training and development. You will also ensure revenue opportunities are maximised and manage an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are met.
We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills, is hardworking, committed, organised, and able to motivate others.
2 years’ experience working in a similar or Operations Manager role
Previous F&B /Restaurant Manager experience
A proven track record in excellent service delivery and achieving objectives
