An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join the 4-star St Brelade’s Bay Hotel.
This is a demanding role with 15 team members in the Housekeeping department including our onsite laundry. We require a strong communicator who is highly organised, flexible and a great motivator. Leading your team from the front, you must be able to inspire them to produce a high standard of work on a daily basis. We need someone who puts training at the forefront of their mind to ensure the team are well equipped to do their job to the best of their ability.

Requirements:
A minimum 3 years’ 4-star hotel experience in a similar role
Candidates must have 5 years residency in Jersey
The ability to multi task is essential as is a strong level of English
A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with guests and team members alike
