We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, Customer Feedback Manager to join the new ‘Making it Easy’ team.
The successful candidate will work across all areas of government to support each step of the customer feedback process, ensuring customer can access channels for giving feedback, right through to working with teams to ensure appropriate processes are put in place to learn from complaints and ensure that issues don’t recur.
