Customer and Local Services is committed to putting customers at the heart of everything they do and improving the customer experience across Government. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative analytics-focused Customer Insight Officer to join the new ‘Making it Easy’ team.
The successful candidate will use data from a range of internal and external sources, voice of the customer, customer satisfaction surveys, user analytics, trend analysis, to help us design our services and delivery channels in the most accessible and efficient way possible, delivering rapid improvements across all channels.
