Capsicum Catering / JPRestaurants are recruiting a Cook Supervisor to manage the kitchen and canteen of a school in the St Saviour area.
The successful candidate will have experience managing or supervising a kitchen team, and be well suited to working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Working to menus developed by the central catering team, responsibilities for this role will include ensuring Food Safety and Hygiene compliance, cashing up and banking, and client liaison.
Typical hours are 07:00-14:30 weekdays, term-time only.
This is a term-time only role, within contracts renewed each September. Work outside of term-time will be provided within our restaurants if required (in effect making this a year-round role). A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be carried out upon any job offer.
