We are a specialist consulting firm working exclusively in financial services. 2019 marks our 25th anniversary bringing business, technology and regulatory expertise to clients around the world. Our Esplanade office is the central hub of our Jersey team and this role is pivotal to the success of its running. The role will be to provide administrative support to the local management team and assist in supporting group wide initiatives.
A summary of the main responsibilities are:
General Office Duties
- General maintenance of the office
- Contact point for local suppliers & vendors
- Health & Safety Officer
- Fire Safety Officer

HR, Finance & Operational Support
- Assisting group HR in local Induction activities
- Work with the finance team and 3rd party supplier to provide necessary local information

Client & Account Management Administration and Reporting
