To meet the challenge of this role you will have:

•2 years’ experience as Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Director of Food & Beverage with a proven record of success in a large 4/5* sized property or multi property role.
•Jersey experience is highly desirable
•Strong commercial acumen and detail driven
•Knowledge and experience of AA red star standards
•Up to date knowledge of statutory obligations
•A proven track record in excellent service delivery and achieving goals and objectives
•Extensive F&B Operational Management experience (in multi outlet volume operations). Multi-site, advantageous
•Extensive food, wine and beverage knowledge
•Strong customer care and communication skills (excellent command of English in written and verbal form)
•Standards driven and an excellent communicator
