Keep the kitchen and wash-up areas clean. Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working order. Report hazards and maintenance requirements to Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Wash crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils and store appropriately. Clean work surfaces, shelving, floors, walls and cupboards in line with specified cleaning schedules. Clean employee restaurant. Empty rubbish bins and maintain refuse area to a high standard of cleanliness. Use and store chemicals in line with COSHH requirements.
Typical shift pattern 15:30 - midnight for full time role.
