Hotel Receptionist

You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and information to our guests, as well as liaising efficiently with all other departments in the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office.

Your role will involve checking in and out guests and you will be responsible for ensuring that the departments runs efficiently whilst you are on shift. Other duties include, answering the telephone, banking responsibilities and dealing with reservations accurately and promptly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be polite and friendly.

Applicants must be flexible as shift patterns will vary. The department is manned 24 hours, typically shifts will be from either 7am to 3.30pm or 3.00pm to 11:30 pm including weekends.
Previous experience in a Receptionist role, and competence in a hotel system Opera desirable.
