Definition of role:
A Topshop Topman Sales and Service Manager is responsible for growing strong teams and maximising sales, to grow our business. The challenge of working in one of our small stores is getting the balance right between commercial, service, visual and operations, to maximise sales and put the customer first – always!

Scope of role:
This role is across menswear and womenswear with combined turnovers of up to £3m. As a management team you will be responsible for a team of up to 45 employees. Supporting the Store Leader you will be focused on driving sales and service in your store. You will also act as Duty Manager on a regular basis. Your understanding of the business and commercial acumen will support you to drive the retail business forward, you will also be a ‘Fashion Role Model’, loving the products that we sell.
