As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be assisting the Front Office Manager to lead, develop and manage our reception team to deliver consistently high standards of service and maximum guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be customer focused with the ability to communicate and build relationships. They must be able to work unsupervised in a small team within a large hotel. Applicants must have previous Hotel Front Office experience.
This role may suit a candidate looking for a first senior appointment having gained experience as a Hotel Front Office Supervisor. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and an advanced command of the English Language. Opera knowledge an advantage.
