As Sales and Events Coordinator you will deal with all private events and concentrate on wedding enquiries and conversions at Grand Jersey Hotel. You will be responsible for the coordination planning and completion of events to ensure that each guest receives outstanding Handpicked service and that maximum revenue is generated for each conference facility. You will also need to conduct show-rounds with clients. You must have excellent organisational skills, be customer focused and be able to communicate and build relationships with clients.
You will need to have previous customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced office environment
This role is 30 hours per week and shift patter is flexible.
