Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Deputy Manager / F&B Manager is fully accountable for all aspects of running a high-end operation that consists of a carvery restaurant, brasserie restaurant, four bars, room service and meeting & events facilities for up to 300; ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards across all areas.We are looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking individual who brings proven experience within a luxury, multi-outlet environment, with a steady F&B-focussed background. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate high levels of guest focus and possess a solid financial and commercial awareness. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence all areas of the business.
