You will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on our guests and customers.

As an Assistant Restaurant / Banqueting Manager you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day safe management of the restaurant and the supervision of the team. You will be asked to provide exceptional service consistently and drive sales through the coaching of mentoring of your team.

You will work with the Restaurant manager to lead a team in the successful running of banqueting and events within the hotel.
