Do you have an excellent attention to detail and good experience in Food & Beverage and/or Events? We are looking for you.

The successful candidate will prepare and supervise team to ensure our function rooms are to an immaculate standard ahead of events. Function sheets will need to be read, and directions followed in the tiniest detail in order that our guests are wowed from the moment they walk through our doors! The Events Supervisor will be involved in servicing the function rooms, serving food and beverage and clearing up at the end.

Attributes and Experience:
A good understanding and ability to speak and read English is crucial. You will need to have confidence working within a team but equally alone. You must have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a food and beverage, bar or porter role in a 4/5 star Hotel is desirable.
