Job Summary: To complete all payments related tasks for a portfolio of client entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To work with the relevant teams to set up payments in various client internet banking platforms and complete related paperwork.
2. To contact suppliers in cases where insufficient remittance information has been provided.
3. To update cashbooks in respect of the payments to be processed.
4. To reconcile cashbooks to bank statements on a regular basis.
5. To release payments that have been set up once they have been authorised.
6. To file all payment related paperwork once payments have been released.
7. To coordinate daily signatory requirements in respect of payments.
8. To complete payment actions within agreed timescales and in accordance with procedures.
