Individual & Group Reservations Administrator

You will support the team by providing a range of administrative services, including liaising with clients and suppliers as well as ensuring that all reservations for individuals and groups are professionally administered from enquiry through to departure home. You will also be responsible for entering reservations data into the company’s systems, compiling itineraries and producing invoices.

You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills including use of IT. Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Command of a second language, such as German or French would be beneficial.
