We are looking for an ambitious experienced and enthusiastic individual to become part of our Breakfast kitchen team.

Duties will include combing culinary and supervisory skills to deliver the efficient service of breakfast, day-to-day running of the section in compliance with Hotel de France policies and procedures, ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.

Cookery qualifications to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent and basic food hygiene (CIEH Level 2) are essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Breakfast experience within an international large 4/5* Hotel to Chef de Partie level.

You will be responsible for breakfast preparation, service and buffet replenishing and presentation.
