The role of the Digital Channel Manager is to support the implementation of change on the Digital Channels (Online, Mobile, future platforms and devices) for both our global HSBC Expat and our local Channel Islands and Isle of Man customers.
The Digital Channel Manager role is based within our expanding Digital team within Retail Banking and Wealth Management, an exciting and dynamic area of the Bank as we expand our services for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading delivery of small to medium sized initiatives across online and mobile banking services supporting the business and our customers with implementation.
Driving satisfaction on the digital channels ensuring that all new features and functionality delight our customers
