We are looking for a Front Office Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional customer service to our guests and lead the department. You will have a genuine pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with guests. The role requires a great team player, adaptable and with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role includes full participation in the Duty Management of the hotel.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Reception Manager in a 4-star hotel with over 100 rooms.
High level of IT proficiency
Experience of managing and developing people
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including complaint handling and resolution
Loads of energy, ideas and enthusiasm and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
