The successful applicant will be part of a small team involved in all aspects of administering and processing a large number of weekly and monthly payrolls.

Ideally you would have experience of using the Sigma payroll software, or other payroll product but training may be considered for the right candidate.

Role Objectives:

To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees’ salaries.


Required Experience:

Preferably have previous experience in payroll processing and dealing with payroll queries.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
Naturally meticulous.
An understanding of the Guernsey & Jersey S.S. and ITIS systems and the relevant reporting requirements.
Able to demonstrate good communication skills.
