To operate the switchboard in a professional and friendly manner in order to comply with the company telephone answering procedures.
1. To have a full up to date knowledge of the hotel and services.
2. To handle all telephone calls promptly ensuring the customer sees a friendly and effective response which accurately meets their needs.
3. To effectively process arrivals and departures of all customers making them feel comfortable and welcome as per Handpicked Hotels standards.
4. To handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern.
5. To take restaurant reservations where necessary and accurately for non residents.
6. To complete all items on the daily checklists thoroughly and correctly ensuring that any necessary handovers are made while completing the tasks.
