The Functional Operations Team provides administrative and reporting support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions with the aim of maximising efficiency, developing new processes and maintaining consistently high standards of quality.

Job Purpose:
To provide efficient operational support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions. This includes but is not limited to, client take-on processes, assisting the departments in reaching targets by ensuring efficiencies are maintained and implementing new operational processes.

Accountabilities:
-Undertake client and engagement take-on and continuance procedures using internal applications to ensure data is correctly updated and completed in-line with deadlines, reporting to the Functional Operations team leader
-Liaise with functional management and leadership as appropriate to complete tasks
- Maintenance of client database information
